The Companies Control Department signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Jordan Strategy Forum

The Companies’ Controller Ramzi Nuzha, and JSF CEO Hala Zawati signed a Memorandum of Understanding between The Companies Control Department and the Jordan Strategy Forum. The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation on research that will actively help in promoting investment and economic development in Jordan.

Jordan Strategy Forum hosted H.E. Dr. Jafar Hassan - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and H.E. Mr. Omar Malhas - Minister of Finance, to discuss the new amendments to Income Tax Law. The session was attended by H.E. Dr. Omar Razzaz, Minister of Education, and H.E. Eng. Yarub Qudah, Minister of Industry and Trade, and the Income and Sales Tax Department Director General Hussam Abu Ali and JSF members.

Inspirational Speaker Series” Session for H.E. Ms. Haifa Najjar at Princess Sumaya University for Technology

Ms. Haifa Najjar - Senator in the Upper House of the Jordanian Parliament, and Superintendent of Ahliyyah School for Girls and Bishop's School for Boys Amman.

Abdelilah Khatib, JSF Chairman, with 48 members of the Forum, the legal advisor and the external auditor of the Forum. The meeting was followed by a session with Companies’ Controller H.E. Ramzi Nuzha, to discuss the new amendments on Companies Law.

“Inspirational Speaker Series” Session for Mr. Ghassan Nuqul at the German Jordanian University

In collaboration with the German Jordanian University, JSF organized an "Inspirational Speaker Series" session for the students with Mr. Ghassan Nuqul – Vice Chairman of Nuqul Group, entitled: “Matching Skills and Qualifications with Labor Market Needs”. Mr. Nuqul pointed out the importance of non-academic skills for graduates in light of the rapid changes in the business environment.
