The Jordanian National Commission for Women, in collaboration with the Jordan Strategy Forum (JSF), convened a focused group meeting to discuss the "Gender Equality Institutional Seal" initiative. The meeting was attended by JSF’s CEO, H.E. Mrs. Nesreen Barakat; the Secretary-General of the Commission, H.E. Ms. Maha Ali; and H.E. Ms. Rabea Al-Ajarmeh, the expert from the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence. Several JSF members, including directors of human resources and institutional development, also participated.

The session featured a presentation of the proposed criteria for the institutional seal, where participants provided their feedback and recommendations on potential incentives for companies receiving the seal, The discussion aimed to promote the seal’s adoption at the national level and encourage institutions to implement gender-equal policies and practices.
