On Monday 11 September 2023, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Africa and the Middle East at the U.S. Department of the Treasury – Mr. Eric Meyer, met with the Jordan Strategy Forum to discuss Jordan’s reform agenda in light of the economic and administrative visions.

The collaborative session brought together a diverse group of JSF members and prominent experts in various fields including health, education, water, capital market, transport, and investment.

During the meeting, participants engaged in a rich exchange of ideas and insights, highlighting some issues that are critical in enhancing the competitiveness of these sectors, consequently driving the growth trajectory forward. Additionally, they underscored the key role of implementing the initiatives of the economic modernization vision and administrative reform to achieve sustainable economic growth and job creation.
