The Jordan Strategy Forum organized a focus group meeting titled “Family Businesses: Lessons from Real-World Experiences.” The meeting featured Ms. Lynda Mahoney / Global Head of Business Development, and Mr. Ian Rumens /Head of Family Office and Private Client Services at OCORIAN. The session was attended by several JSF members, where they contributed to a dynamic discussion of several key aspects, including  family businesses succession, with a focus on the transfer of ownership and management to the Next Generation. In addition, during the meeting,  the involvement of emerging leaders, issue of fake harmony among family members, and the challenges associated with fostering genuine collaboration within teams in family businesses were discussed.
